★ Hanamai Caspian Sea Probiotic Starter Culture ★

★ Precautions for Cultivation ★

1. The Caspian Sea Probiotic Starter Culture consists of 2 foil sticks and 4 packets of collagen.

Please use only 1 foil stick for cultivation.

(The square collagen can be sprinkled over the finished yogurt or consumed as is.)

2. Please be sure to check the start time of cultivation!

It takes approximately 2 to 3 days after cultivation begins.

3. Do not use special processed milk or soy milk / Only regular milk is compatible!

4. Approximately 400–500 ml of milk is suitable per packet of starter culture.

5. Add one packet of starter culture to the milk and mix thoroughly.

6. Caspian Sea lactic acid bacteria are facultative anaerobic lactic acid bacteria, so please cover the lid loosely rather than sealing it completely during fermentation. This is to release the gas produced during the fermentation process and to prevent the proliferation of unwanted bacteria.

7. Once the whey separates after completion, mix well before consuming.

(This is a natural phenomenon in milk, so you can rest assured.)

★ Sterilization / Disinfection ★

It is recommended to use new plastic or glass containers and cutlery.

(Wooden cutlery is not recommended!)

Containers and cutlery should be sterilized in boiling water and thoroughly dried before use!

(Be careful to prevent germs from entering)
